Having some issues with my Xperia Z1s (T-Mobile USA)

My Xperia Z1s have some issues.

1) When charging, both orange and green light turns on. it's fine on red (under 20%) or green (90%+), just when orange suppose to turn on.

2) front camera is grainy/lots of noise.

3) Often, can't hold icons for more than 3 second. Hard to drag and drop, move icons. Also hard to select multiple items.

Will these be fix with a new software update or is it hardware defective and needs to service?

3. do you have an extra film protector or protective case?
