Xperia L turned off after 15.3.A.0.26 update and won't turn on since

Hi everyone I really need your help. I feel disappointed. I just buy my Xperia L two months ago. THERE is a notification saying I need to update it through PC. I willfully follow the instruction on i succesfully update it. Ask me to turn off my phone and on it...and wait for a few minutes according to the instruction. But I wait an Hour already no any apps appear...SONY the only word appear on my screen it is ridiculous... It means I lost everything all the program deleted? wow.. Og God all of my files stored are important...

any solution for this problem to recover all of this..

Can you force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates)?
