smart watch 2 set up problems!!

I cant set it up

Ive downloaded smart connect liveware on my phone and paired via bluetooth but it just shows the play store bag with arrows going to a phpone picture. I thought it was working and downloading but it has stuck on the same thing nearly all day - it cant take that long surely??

Please help someone..................

Open the SmartConnect app and unpair it then try again

I think smart connect has a bug that doest allow to connect smart accessories from Sony.

I have a problem with Sony sbh50.

I mean you can connect these devices but u don't see it in the app. And you can't use extensions.
I think we have to wait for Smart connect update or install older version. I tried with the older one and it worked once, but smart connect actualized itself and now connection doesn't work properly
