apps shut down

hi all iv'e just got a xperia e but when i press settings apps & then running a load of apps show up so i shut them down but some start up again straight away. Are they using my data allowance ??? can i possibly set it to shut apps down when i'm finished rather than doing settings apps running every time ??? & lastly my phone tried to update its apps but filled the memory up straight away. how can i set it to fill up the external memory card if poss plz ??? thanks in advance

Move apps to sd card in apps internal
Select each app & select move to internal storage
Apps cannot be moved to external sd
Uninstall apps which run in background for no reason
Facebook & watsapp etc needs to keep their services running in background order to give you quick notifications

Thanks for that info. So when these background apps are running are they still using my data allowance as this could be costly

Yes... They mostly use in kb's but you can always turn off mobile data

I've found if you go settings, power management & select stamina. It says it stops things running when your Not using your phone hopefully that helps reduce usage
