Sony Z Ultra not working on 3G with EagleEyes Lite

Hi,

I'm using Sony Z Ultra ( C6802 Android 4.2.2 ).

I am using Z Ultra for monitor CCTV. My application is EagleEyes.

Since the first day I bought Z Ultra, I cannot viewing the EagleEyes using 3G connection ( Celluar GSM Card ).

But if I using Wifi, It can.

Some People say maybe the server ( streaming / Posting server ) problem.

I tried already with another server dan IP, but the Messages always " IP Address is not accessible ".

I bought the Pro version, and not working also.

Is anybody can help.

I would get your network to check if the settings you have for data are WAP or Internet settings. WAP settings will cause problems with a lot of secure data connections.

I can show you where the settings are as below but you will need to confirm with the network if what you have are WAP or Internet settings:

Main Menu > Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.

There only have WAP and MMS.

And now is using WAP.

What should we do now ?

I would call back and ask for a senior member there as WAP settings are no use to any current smartphone. This would the first occurrence I have heard of a network provider not having an Internet Access Point Name as well as a WAP one.

Dear Sam,

There only have :

-TSEL WAP

- TSEL MMS.

I tried the other smartphone ( others brand ).

All setting using WAP and it is work.

May be you have any Idea ?

but the setting will change it self to WAP again, after we safe the new APN name ( follow the instruction on your email )

And still not woriking.

As your information,

Actually we can browsing. and have the signal logo E and sometime 3G and H, ( on WAP ).

Did you input this as a new APN or did you try to edit the existing one?

But after we choose the new APN, itu will back to WAP again.

I tried several times, always return to WAP it self.

Unfortunately I can only refer you back to the network in this case sorry as you will have issues with an number of secure data connections using the WAP settings and these settings are specific to the network.
