Problem with menu key after firmware update

I have updated my phone sony xperia go to the latest firmware 6.2.A.1.100. Before the update, when I pressed the right down menu key, I got the settings menu. Now after update, the right down button does not trigger any action at all. Is this a known bug? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I guess that you are trying to use the menu button from the home screen, correct me if i'm wrong.

In the latest update, the menu button does not have any function from the home screen. You can access the settings menu if you drag down the notification panel. And if you want to add a widget for example, you press and hold your finger on a free spot on the home screen for about 2-3 seconds.

Yes, I try to use the menu key from the home screen.

Well, such an update which causes function loss makes to me less sense ...
