when iam using one sim in internet connection the other sim network became unavilable
and this problem in all phones in egypt
any ony have a solution

when i use internet in one sim the other sim network became unavilable

is it normal or a fault can be fixed from setting or what

In Xperia M dual you can't have the booth SIM cards connected to the same network, in this case the GSM network since you have the E icon.

If you have a 3G network available you should set one of you SIM card (the one you prefer to use mobile data from) to connect to the WCDMA (3g) network.

Open 'Settings'
Under "Wireless & Networks" click "More...", and then "Mobile networks"
Click "Select SIM card" and select the SIM card you would like for data transmission.
A new window pops up, click "Network Mode".
Select "WCDMA (preferred)/GSM".
