Hello,

One month back I have purchased SONY Xperia Z. After 2 weeks of my purchase I have ran into an issue. Sometimes after my phone screen got locked and when I try to unlock the phone I'm getting blank screen.
I'm not able to view the screen for 5 to 10 minutes. This started to occur more frequently. I need a solution for this.

This really scares when you have spent 30K for your smart phone. Please Help!!

If this happen you should be able to restart the phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates.

Try to boot your phone in safe mode to see if the problem you are experiencing may be related to any 3rd party apps installed in your phone:

If yes, a repair on the software would be recommended via Update Service:

Download and install SUS, follow the instructions in the program.

I wanted to know how to identify the which 3rd party application is causing this issue?
