Do you get this message even if you start the phone without SIM card inserted?

In that case I suggest that you reset your phone to be able to pass this screen. You can also contact the service provider of the security service.

To reset your phone, repair in PCC:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected and follow the instructions given to you in the program.

So I took my Sim card out of my phone because I wanted to try it in my othe Xperia. When I put it back in my Xperia Z it Says "Sim card inserted restarting" Then my internet security kicks in. Asking me for my password. I don't know my password so I need to change it. But I can't change it because I have no data. The icons for both Simi and data have the little red x's on them. Iv rang optus and they say its nothing to do with them but Sony. I do not live near a Sony shop and need my phone to work asap. Can anyone help???
