smartwatch 2 no backlight after update

.hello, I have a new smartwatch2. when I first charged it the backlight was working, after pairing it took an update and then no backlight anylonger. I,ve tried the menu affichge (sorry I'm frnch I don't know what the menu is in english) I've tried to change the intensity ven unchecking the ambiant light detection but no change: 0 backlight. I'vedownloaded the "sony update service" reinitialie the watch andthen 'backlight' is back!! (it isnot an hardware issue) but as soon as I pair again with a phone (mine is an xperia Z ultra in 4.3 - but I'vealso tried with my son's wiko that is in 4.1.2) it takes the update again, reboots and backlight is gone...? Am I alone with that issue, did imiss somethng??

try to reset the smartwatch:

Settings->Reset Startwatch

or try to make the update from PC (with usb cable and Sony software)
