walkman clearing data issue

hi,
I would be glad if someone here could tell me that whether clearing data by going to settings>walkman>clear data will erase all the downloaded album art and track info. via feature " download music info"??

hmmm..ok I have one more problem also the option of "shuffle" is not working it keeps on repeating songs a playlist in a sequential manner..nothing randomness is seen while listening to music..any solution??

well in that case I wil be losing all my album arts and tracks info. I dnt want to download it again and again.... 😕

Uli,for SP it does not work like that.

How did you change the playback option?Did you listen to a song and tap longer on the album art to get those options?

I thought it was like the Xperia Z1 that you have both options either press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds or press and hold the red button

He was talking about force restart(but it cannot be done like that in SP).You need to press little red button on the back of the phone.

hmmm ya I tap the album art and options appeared for shuffle and repeat but when I turned on shuffle option there was no change in order of songs being played.they got played sequentially as in normal payback without shuffle..
I dont wnt to lose ally album arts and track infos.
please help..

I am sorry to say this,but I think you need a software repair.Sadly,this will erase all your phone memory.

Creat your own playlist then play and put it in shuffle see what happens
