You probably have apps running int he background and/or syncing, thus draining your battery, also if you have poor network coverage it will drain your battery faster

Hi! tomcio2279

I need not write more than your case e.g. "on 27% pluged it in--came badk to check at 30 mins later and battery went down to 7%--turned off later....". I know how it must be because of my Xperia M.

Sony servce centre kept it for 2 days. Then also the charging is very slow, or it charges down, or peaks at some point and starts hanging, etc.

Taking it to Sony Service was pointless?! They refreshed the OS, but lacked approach to resolve the charging problem.

Right now it's is charging for entire day (last 8 hours). The battery first went down to 2% but has come up then to 42%. Charging is woefully slow, compared to my Moto, Samsung, Nokia, Nexus even.

So Dear, how did you sort out the issue, if you did?

Hope I'll get good insight from you.
