Wrong battery percentage appears !!!

I bought an xperia Sp last week . My current OS is android 4.1.2 . when i put my phone on charge , the battery parcentage goes down instead of going up . Example : if i start charging when my cell has 20% charge, few mins later it appears that i have only 15 % charge . but after restarting phone , it shows the true charge level. Please help me

Force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).After that,it should improve.

power button+vol up doesn't work on SP

that happns if u charge with other brand chargers

It must work,as long as the battery is non removable.

There is no SP with removable battery.

Power button+volume up does not work on SP, it was also mentioned somewhere else in the forum.

Ok,sorry I did not know.So how do you reset SP?Does it have a reset button somewhere?

You can perform Hard Reset.

All you need to do is:

1)Open the backcover

2)Take a pen or pencil(not too sharp) and poke it to the pink hole at the bottom of the Xperia SP's back.Press it for 5 seconds and then restart in as usual.

Problem should solve.If condition persist,just perform a repair with Sony Update Service(SUS)

Then share it whether it works or not

PS:I own an Xperia SP
