entered pattern lock incorrect

hai ...... im useing a sony xperia V LT25. i entered pattern lock worng in phone, now it say either to answer secrect question or log in with email. but it seems nieather of it works. 3G & wifi is always off. 3G & wifi is always off. the only use of the phone is answering incomming calls. nothing more. i have googled regarding this, but so far havent found a single way to fix this issue.

please help me out.

Hello

Please could you assist me with my Xperia Z3 6603 phone. I used pattern to lock my screen, only to forget the pattern I used. I must have entered it like a 100 times. I actually asked my kids to unlock it 4 me.
I have tried the android device manager thru Google (correct me, cause I am wrong) but it didn't change the pattern nor did it provide an alternative.

I entered as a guest, but does not allow me access to my contacts and other important docs.

Could u assist please?!

You have two options:

1. reset using myxperia:

2. perform a software repair using PC Companion.
