Wrong battery gauge readings

I`m observing weird battery gauge readings on my Xperia SP. With moderate usage it is getting to 1% battery capacity after 1 day and than it keeps on working for another 4 days on that 1%! Turning off stamina and battery care yelds simmilar resoults.

Should I send my phone to Sony service?

That is awkward.How about a force turn off?

Well when I trun it off and then turn it back again it is still on 1% and basicly nothning changes. I`ve done factory reset and also nothing changed. Should I send it to service?
