      <description>&lt;P&gt;my phone doesn't go on, the light doesnt go on when I am charging it. I have been charging it for hours. I tried holding the power button and volume down button and still doesnt do anything, the only thing that happens when I press the power button the power lights flashes a few times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Under Phone Software Update, click Start.&lt;/P&gt;
