    <description>&lt;P&gt;thank's for the tip rahulrustagi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when the sounds are played back i can hear that it is distortet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i doesn't change the fact that the speaker should be replaced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i contacted customer support but they trie to blame the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i studied sound engineering and i know how a defect speaker sounds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so come on and replace my erpiece please...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you try dialing *#*#7378423#*#* - it will open a menu . go to service tests and try test for earphone.&lt;BR /&gt;while an audio is played in earphone try volume up button.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
