While connecting with BT is OK, the headset in my helmet does not 'ring' when a call is coming in, nor can I accept the call by voice (any word/sound). I am able to use the 'hot line' (one number) and the connection is clear. But it is absolutely not possible to voice dial via Sony as the phone does not understand my Dutch contact names... Parrot and Google do not have this problems and understand me perfectly... So Sony/Android, what can be done?! Or other users, what solution did you find?

Yes, I have the same problem. I can connect to my BT handsfree set but the phone behaves as if it's not there and rings normally.

Are you running the latest ROM? [ 10.3.1.A.2.67 ], I think there is a fault in it as there are other threads here saying the problem appeared after that update.

My ZR came with that ROM so I don't know if the previous release worked or not.

.
