Randomly rebooting screen freezing and pixels fade away

Hello

I have an xperia sp its starts to freeze up and then it has this fad away affect im not shore what it is.It happends about two times a day or even more Can someone please help me

Sounds strange! Try to start your phone in safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party application installed in your phone:

If the problem still persists in safe mode I suggest that you repair your phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".

i have all ready tried all of those things but it is still doing it. I think i should just get a new one because iv trouble shooted all

If all of the above including the software repair did not work then it may be time to look at returning it so that it may be assessed by an authorised repair agent sorry.

did you try to repair by SUS

this thing that you say mostly happen when you have so many apps running or put much pressure on phone for example switch to programs second by second or somthing like this

Hi,

I first did a factory reset, but it didn't help.

After that I did a repair with SUS and started from begining with no aps.

After 3-4 days the phone restarted again.

I noticed that, in my case, the restarts occur when I pick up the device in my hand or at the time of unlock.

The last 2-3 restarts were like that.

The only option that I haven't tried is to flash ftf firmware (probably CE1) throug flashtool and see if it's going to be different (but I doubt it!)

Seems like a buggy firmware try to get the au firmware flashed and delete the bloatware like Facebook, evernote and any other like ps app and ur firmware would be stable with about 589mb

since 4.3 update i encounter once & so far so good... it seem like the ram management issue... from bad to worse... my sp since brought do not have any others issue only is the ram management...
