I changed my keyboard using the 'personalise keyboard' key which disappears after the first use. I accidentaly changed the keyboard to phone pad, and i would like to change it back to qwerty layout. Any help???

Sure, Go to Settings-->Language & Input-->Xperia™ keyboard-->Keyboard appearance-->Keyboard layout.
