i brought it 2days ago BUT it hangs up badly and the contacts are also not apperaing.

what can i do solve this problem

If problem still persist. Factory reset device or update again your software with SUS(sony update service)

If contacts not showing then go to Contacts-->menu-->Filter-->Tick Local Contact.

May be contacts are not imported properly.

If contacts are into the sim card then try this Contact-->Menu-->Import Contact-->Sim card.
