      <description>&lt;P&gt;I managed to pull the battery out and put it back in again but when i plug it in to the computer, the red light comes n and nothing else happens no matter how long i leave it for. When i hold both the volme buttons and plug it in, the computer makes a noise to notify me that something is connected. Ive tried using flashtool and every other program but nothing works. the phone wont respond to anything i do. please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, ive tried flashing a stock rom and it wont enter flash mode. The only thing it can actually do is enter download mode by holding the volume buttons and plugging in the usb. Other than that, whether i plu it in to a wall charger or computer, the red light comes on and stays on... thats it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, if it is finding the flash device then you should be able to run a repair:&lt;/P&gt;


&lt;P&gt;1. Download the PC Companion software from &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and install it on your PC.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Phone Software Update.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Start.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Repair Phone&lt;BR /&gt;6. Continue&lt;BR /&gt;7. Accept data removal&lt;BR /&gt;8. Next&lt;BR /&gt;9. Wait for prepare&lt;BR /&gt;10. Select Phone&lt;BR /&gt;11. Follow the connection steps&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As i've said before Tolga if you can't enter Flashmode or Fastboot then theres nothing you can do to fix it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
