      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I was trying to do the new system upgrade, when all of a sudden my phone did not work anymore. I tried doing the pressing the power button and the volume thing but it did not work as well. It only shows the SONY word on the screen but did not continue to open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please take note that I am not that very familair on software thing, but I did update my phone couple of times actually and I did not encounter any problem only this time. please help! I need my phone back soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
