Hi! I was trying to do the new system upgrade, when all of a sudden my phone did not work anymore. I tried doing the pressing the power button and the volume thing but it did not work as well. It only shows the SONY word on the screen but did not continue to open.

Please take note that I am not that very familair on software thing, but I did update my phone couple of times actually and I did not encounter any problem only this time. please help! I need my phone back soon.

Connect to wall charger,keep it charging for 1 hour,repair via sony update service.

Thank you for your reply, I am now charging it... would it fix by itself after an hour? should I try opening it again... there's the SONY word on the screen and it's not going further.

Try a force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates) after 1 hour.If not turning on,repair with sony update service.
