overlapped Images

Hi Team

I am using Sony Experia J. I have not done any kind of upgrade or anything of that sort. But still after i click a photo and try to view in the images the pic will be distorted, two seperately clicked images overlap , sometimes half image is proper but the other half is just overlapped with other image or it will be squeesed and sometimes when i want to view the photo i get a message saying invalid file, cannot open the file. Kindly help me with this. I can even send the images so that u can have a clear understanding

Kindly check my profile pic. This is how images are stored in my phone. Every 3 out of 5 images have this issue.

Settings > apps > all> album > clear data > restart your phone > check again
