    <description>&lt;P&gt;If your router has a firewall you could try disabling that (but make sure that you have some sort of protection installed in your computers). Also try updating the firmware in the router and try resetting it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help i would recommend that you contact your internet service provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having strange issue with my device.&lt;BR /&gt;I can't download media through Wi-Fi in whatsapp.&lt;BR /&gt;Can't open cricbuzz through Wi-Fi.&lt;BR /&gt;However, both work fine with mobile data. Reinstalled both. No use. Hard to find out what's the problem.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens if you try the phone on another WiFi network? If other things like the browser and YouTube for example works over WiFi i don't think this is an issue with your device. Sounds more like an issue with the WiFi network you're connected to or these apps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
