album cannot detect picture

hello.
when I insert picture into internal storage, I cannot see the picture via album. same thing happen when I download pictures. but I can see the picture via file manager app. and also I cannot set the picture ive just inserted as wallpaper and boot screen. do u have the solution?

Okay First of all make sure that all files are in JPG or JPEG format because GIF not shown in Albums

the pictures tht are not showing is in jpg. if I download the picture via web browser, whatsapp, zedge etc the pictures is not showed in album, same thing happen when I bluetooth picture from my notebook. but if I transfer pictures using usb the pictures showed in album. how come this happen?

Sometimes browser is not download fully files it will stop at 99.99 % and si device can not detects files..
okay np.. Just check it out that you can see pictures in file manager/file commander..?

If yes than try to move your files in another folder

yes I can see the picture using file manager. ive also just moved the file to other folder, but the same thing happen.

That's rather odd, try this

settings > apps > all > album > clear cache > restart your phone
