xperia e firmware update

Hi, I've had my phone for a couple of days and experienced a sleep of death today. I installed a live wallpaper, set it, put my phone on charge and watch a film. I don't know how long it was left but when I went to check it the LED was green but nothing happened when trying to wake it. I took the battery out, rebooted it and decided to look about for software updates and found 11.3.A.2.23, when my phone only has the one ending in .13. when looking with my phone's updater, pc companion and SUS everything says that it's up to date. What can I do to update the stupid thing?

If you use SUS at the bottom right should say install

I tried SUS, just says I'm up to date but I'm on 11.3.A.2.13

on that screen (you have the latest update) on the bottom right, do you have the option to install?

SUS has already supposedly installed something on my phone after saying it was up to date; it wiped my phone and reset it but left it on the same software version

I've never had .23 which is my problem as the website says it's available. I want to get it

Ok, got it, you have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country

I don't want to void any warranty so wait it'll have to be, I just assumed that a month after release it would be available in england?
