    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When i connect my earphones into the jack connecter on the phone then i start the music player and i get no audio playing through the earphones, the audio keeps playing through the built in speaker on the phone when it shoud'nt,then i shutdown the phone and reststart it the music plays in the earphones,when the ear phone is un plugged the music doesnt play in the speakers and viceversa what may be the problem&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be a firmware issue or a audio jack issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if issue is the same during a standard call&lt;BR /&gt;Try to use phone in safe mode and tell me if same issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Method 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Press and hold the power button&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Long-press the “Power off” option that appears.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The next dialog box will ask you if you want to reboot to safe mode may pop up. Tap OK&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;Method 2&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Turn off the device.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Press and hold down the power key&amp;nbsp; until the phone vibrates.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Press and hold the volume down key. The device then restarts in safe mode.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;To exit safe mode, restart the&lt;/EM&gt; device.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
