I used to be able to chose any music from my phone for ringtones etc but now I am restricted. I have tried loads of things but cannot change it back to how it was.

HELP PLEASE

When you get the list of ringtones, press the note in the upper right corner to access your own music library. If you don't have the note in the upper sight corner, clear defaults for 'media storage'. Go to settings > apps > all > media storage > clear defaults. Restart phone and try again.

Thank you. Tried what you said but alas it was still the same. Someone else told me to clear "android setting" and that seems to have done the trick.
