Problem in updating

Hi

I have updated my Xperia U to 6.1.1.B.1.10 before by PC Companion before without no problems. But now when I want to update to 6.1.1.B.1.54 an error occurred ,after downloading the software I couldn't installed to my phone. Phone is not detected by the PC companion after switching off and then connected to PC with pressing volume down key. So how i can update my phone.

I tried SUS also,but giving the same error massage again
