Hello,

i have a problem while I am trying to connect to eduroam authenticated wifi network.

Here the symptoms.

Before connecting, the signal indicator shows full signal strength. When I am trying to connect, the signal dropped to the lowest and the "connecting" dialog stays and after some time it just went back to "saved, secured" thing and show full signal strength. At that point I had an “authentication problem” indication. Set up was the same as other android device that works perfectly.

Settings: EAP TLS PAP authentication.

Z1, 4.2.2, built 14.1.G.2.257

Do you get this for the WiFi-connection or when trying to access a certain webpage or app?

If it's when using WiFi, go to Settings -> WiFi, tap and hold on your network and select Forget network. Then try to connect again and make sure that you type the password correctly.

I only say this as the most common cause of this is that the wrong password has been entered for the router.
