You don't need insurance in Australia - Sony doing an extra year for free. Not that I envisage needing it. This Z1 is a gem.

hi guys , I have a question about Xperia Z1 that am about to buy, there are 2 product codes of this device, one is C6902 & there is C6903! after searching through the internet, what i understood is that C6902 is HSPA+ while C6903 is LTE. The big question is, is there any harm buying C6903 which supports LTE networks even if my Operator runs only @ HSPA+? & this leads to another question which is if I buy C6902 & my network starts using LTE then I won't be able to get all the benefits from LTE, is that correct? plz help...thank you

if your network doesn't support LTE it shouldn't matter which Xperia Z1 you get as long as its compatible with your carrier 3G's frequencies

hi, my current operator still running HSPA+ but one of them is upgrading to LTE soon, so I guess this leaves me no choice but to pick up C6903 device

Only buy the phone if you also buy insurance for it. Don't buy otherwise. Sony's recent track record in manufacturing quality and the fact it fails to admit its faults within warranty, make many of their phones expensive paperweights.

So add to the price of the phone the necessary insurance which replaces the nonexistent support from Sony

in case of faults.
