Smartwatch screen is moving

Hi,

My Smartwatch screen seems to have a problem. He is getting out of the frame... I always have to push on the screen (button side) to get it in.

Any solution ?

Ofcourse that must be a hardware problem as Uliwooly said.

Could you please post a photo of the screen getting out ?

I have the exact same issue,

the side of the smartwatch is sliding out of the frame, causing the screen to pop out a bit and the side button not reacting to every press.

have to slide it back it and then it works fine.

seems that bending the wrist elevates the whole side of the watch out of its frame.

like its not screwed or glued on the button side.

thats defenitly a defect in the design.

Yep, me too. Exactly the same issue with the screen lifting out of the frame a little bit on the button side...

same thing happened to me, looks like the wrong glue has been used for at least a batch of watches
