multiple touch not working on my xperia sp

I cant use multiple touch on my xperia sp (meaning that it doesnt sense when i use two or more fingers to do something on the phone0 this doesnt allow me to do some stuff like games. Help someone please.

Do you have an extra film screen protector? a protective case that might be pressing on the keys ?

Try doing a hard reset.And if that doesn't work,bring it to Sony Repair Center.

Don't give up yet mate.Use those multi touch apps and still,if it doesn't work,remove any screen protectors and leave it plain and test it again.If that failed,you can repair your phone by SUS or if it worsens,meet up with Sony Repair Center.
