i have a problem with my xperia ray when i enable wi-fi it's automatically disable by itself and also when is enable i can't make research to find wi-fi connections...

It could be a HW issue of Wifi antenna that is faulty but also it could be a SW issue

So tell us if issue is the same booting phone in safe mode

Method 1

Press and hold the power button
Long-press the “Power off” option that appears.
The next dialog box will ask you if you want to reboot to safe mode may pop up. Tap OK
Method 2
Turn off the device.
Press and hold down the power key until the phone vibrates.
Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.
Press and hold the volume down key. The device then restarts in safe mode.
To exit safe mode, restart the device.
