Sony Xperia L won't save APN settings

Hello, I´m from Argentina, I bought a Sony Xperia L to be use it in Personal Company in Argentina. After I put the SIM card the phone works well to make Calls or receive SMSs, but when I try to create a APN I have the follow problem. After I put all the data necesary to APN y go to menu=> save and nothing happen, the APN menu still blank without any APN created, I try a lot of times and never saves any APN. I put the SIM card in another phone and works fine. Can anyone help me ?? Thanks a lot. Hugo

Repair your phone with SUS or PCC then try again, btw do you have a SIM lock?
