I have a backup of course, but when this happened the first time about 2 weeks ago, I restored them.

And they are lost again for no reason.

Nothing was changed in the filter.

So to restore the local contacts again, doesn't really help.

Seems to be a software bug.

This problem is reported quite often in different forums.

It has to be solved by Sony with an update.

Any solution ??

Otherwise I'll send the phone back, this is not acceptable.

I've carefully read your forum, but unfortunateley nothing helps to get my local contacts back.

They don't show up, but they must be there, because when I synchronize with my car-phone, they are here.

I tried any of the Options.

I got the impression that it might be related to Whats App, because there were so many contacts wrong linked together

Model C1905, Android 4.1.2

Can someone help me please ?

Regards

This doesn't work, I tried it several times with any combination I think.

Even now again.

The only change is, when you mark WhatsApp contacts, then these show up too, including some of my "hidden" ones.

But just with there WhatsApp number, no mobil or any other number.

It's very strange
