display not turning on in Xperia ZR?

This is the second time it's happening.
My phone's working fine, music plays, able to receive Calls, do anything but with the display turned off...
The power button doesn't seem to respond.
If I press the shutter key, the phone vibrates telling me that it's launching camera but the display is not turning on.
When I receive a call, the notification light lights and the ringtone plays but display won't turn on and I cannot attend the call.
Long pressed the power Button for more than 30s no restart.
My only solution was to pull the battery and start the phone again and it works fine.
I'm posting this because it's the second time happening since I bought the phone.
(2 months old)(xperia zr)(replaced twice).
Please guys don't tell me it's a hardware defect...

Sorry for not replying...
It occurred today again...
I tried pc companion...
One thing I noticed is that the touch sensor is working actually only three display is turned off...
For example when I press the screen it responds...
But the screen is not turning on.
Is there any prob with the proximity sensor??
But then too proximity sensor turns off the touch and screen...
When I take to service center they're saying my phone is perfect...

Try a repair with sony update service.Let us know what you find after.

I repaired with sus, pc companion, formatted, went to the service center also...

Dial *#*#7378423#*#*,go to service tests and see the proximity switch.Cover it,you get yes,normally you get no.
