Sony Xperia Z - Blue loading line on the screen

Hello to all, Please Help

I turned off my phone and tried to turnd on again, but it wont start, i tried all the ways power button volume up volume down, still same issue.

1. When i try to start the phone, it will come SONY logo then screen will go black. And you will see blue line, it will keep doing like is updating or loading something, also on the middle of the screen you can see the settings icon ( the icon is not the same color like the one that is on application ) this one is black and white.

Try this

connect your phone to the wall charger > press andhold power & volume up > let it charge until the notification LED is green or at least 40min > repair your phone with SUS

Thank you for your prompt reply, i think is happening something, now the blue line has disapeared and battery charge has come up on the screen. Hope this is solution, i'll wait until it change led indicator to green and let you know.

Had you installed an over the air update prior to this happening?

Guys sorry for my late response i was out of home and took another phone with me...

Sam... I am good now, i just had problem with playing videos , then i restart with switch off button and volume up and that problem with blue line came up, but now is everything good , the post from uliwooly helped me to fix that issue

helo brother

i read your solution
when i connect my phone with charger i did press volume button for some time and then i left my phone for charging
but after 5 minutes i checked my phone while charging also it was showing blue led

please help me
n i want to ask something that does i need to press volume key for 40 minutes??
