Hello,

I'm having troubles with my Xperia P. Today, even if I didn't download any apps, nor delete any, it shows the message 'process.android.acore has stopped'. I can't use any app, nor read my messages, my contacts, I can't take any pictures or see the ones I've taken, I can't use my phone (even if I can be called, and the one on the other side can hear me). I just have access to the settings. I saw other posts on that subjects, but they all mentionned a solution where you have to loose your contacts. I created a back up on my google account, but as far as I've seen, it has just imported 3 contacts, whereas there should be more than 100. PC Companion have saved on my computer my pictures and movies, but couldn't either import the contact and the text messages.

So, is there any possibility for me to save my contact before I delete it all? Is there any 'soft' solution to my problem that wuld destroy everything?

I didn't mention the fact that when I plug my phone on the PC, it says the memory contains 7.3 Go of files, which is the normal situation, but once I open the folder, there in nothing in there, and I can't copy or restore any files, though they seem to be there.... Can I save them too?

Thnaks a lot.
