&lt;P&gt;In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phones software &amp;gt; "Repair phone".&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However, it sounds like you need to have your phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support team for more information:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
