It could be a software issue, have you tried repairing phone software?

Hi, don't really understand your issue, but I believe software repair with PC Companion or Update Service should help.

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.

By the way, I have amended your subjet to 'wifi' ....

Software issue, that is my guess. You could take out your battery, put it back in and turn on the phone.See if anything changes,if not, repair with SUS.

EDIT:My bad,I thought I was in the U section.Sorry for the battery thing,I would suggest force restarting(power button+vol up until the phone restarts).
