      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you plug your headphone and play a mp3/video file you have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- No audio from both internal speaker and headphone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Audio only from internal speaker&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to boot phone in safe mode and check if issue is the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Turn off the device.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Press and hold down the power key&amp;nbsp; until the phone vibrates.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Press and hold the volume down key. The device then restarts in safe mode.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;To exit safe mode, restart the device.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>Download toggleheadset 2 in google store. This is because the headphone detection doesn't work due to hardware problems. This app helps fix this issue. Hope this helps.</description>
