Hello,

Everyday I am travelling between Belgium and Netherlands. Since the last update, I notice that my telephone does not switch anylonger automatically between the networks. For example, the telephone gets stuck at the belgium service while in The Nederlands while I am out of range ! and vice versa.

The selection is on automatic mode and 3G preferred/2G

My phone provider is Mobile Vicking in Belgium and KPN in The netherlands normally. Mobile Vicking is using KPN networks for both Belgium (BASE) and The Netherlands.

How can I get this fixed!

Thanks,

This might have issue related with the Service Provider itself. As far as i can see, nothing is wrong with the phone(i'm not that expert). You might want to contact to Mobile Vicking Customer Service.

Here how to contact them:

https://mobilevikings.com/bel/en/help/other-questions/How-can-I-contact-the-Mobile-Vikings-customer-service/

Sorry because i can't help you much! 😕
