First of all I would suggest that you remove your APN settings under settings > more > mobile networks > access point name. Then go to settings > Xperia > Internet settings to download new Internet APN settings to your phone.

Restart your phone and try again.

If you still experience problem, go to settings > more > mobile networks > access point name and edit your Internet APN. Remove the information for PROXY and PORT and save the APN. Restart your phone and try again.

If you still experience problem I suggest that you try another SIM card in your phone, perhaps from another network provider.

Hello,

I am user of Sony Xperia S from Poland.

Unfortunately I am not able to connect to the internet.

This is how my problem looks:

I bought cell phone without subscription nor simlock.

Right know I am Orange client. Just both couple days a go internet package.

I have configured "Access Point" with this from my provider.

"Network Mode" is set to WCDMA/GSM.

And of course "Data traffic" enabled

But I can't connect to the internet.

I have checked myself at the internet page of my providers if package is on, it is.

So i thought it is my providers fault.

I have talked with them. They said from their point of view everything is fine.

BUT

I had exact, same problem with French provider (SFR) when I was in France.

So now I am pretty sure it is my phone fault!

Problem is no one knows where the problem is exactly.

Nat even service's guys.

My friend told my that when he puts his "Data traffic" on. On the notification bar, the H letter with the arrows appears.

Nothing appears here.

So if any of you have some ideas I would be really thankful for them.

Hello,

I am user of Sony Xperia S from Poland.

Unfortunately I am not able to connect to the internet.

This is how my problem looks:

I bought cell phone without subscription nor simlock.

Right know I am Orange client.
