The main problem I have is every so often text messages/calls aren't being sent or received and I have to turn my phone off and back on again to get it to work. This happens at sporadic times and there doesn't seem to be a particular cause for it. I have only had my phone for a couple of months, this isn't a new issue it's been happening for ages. I went to see the 'guru' in my local O2 shop where I bought the phone and he did a system reset but that hasn't solved the problem.

New problem: Over the last week my phone's home screen has been freezing which has meant my alarm hasn't gone off in the morning, this has happened on a number of occasions, it's usually solved by turning it off and on again, but I do not count that as a solution to a problem, as it shouldn't be happening! Today my phone has decided to freeze completely and won't turn off at all.

Bottom line: I HATE SONY AND WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER SONY PHONE AGAIN!!!! Piece of crap!
