This happens at sporadic times and there doesn't seem to be a particular cause for it. I have only had my phone for a couple of months, this isn't a new issue it's been happening for ages. I went to see the 'guru' in my local O2 shop where I bought the phone and he did a system reset but that hasn't solved the problem.</P><P>New problem: &nbsp;Over the last week my phone's home screen has been freezing which has meant my alarm hasn't gone off in the morning, this has happened on a number of occasions, it's usually solved by turning it off and on again, but I do not count that as a solution to a problem, as it shouldn't be happening! &nbsp;Today my phone has decided to freeze completely and won't turn off at all.</P><P>Bottom line: &nbsp;I HATE SONY AND WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER SONY PHONE AGAIN!!!!
