Hi, Recently I have joined Sony family with Xeperia Z1 mobile. Earlier I was using Black Berry Bold and never faced problems for viewing old mails. In Xeperia Z1 it is not getting possible to view old mails very soon as it keep on downloading previous mails every time I am refreshing - Quite Time Consuming. I have tried to configure with Outlook.com but it is not getting activated/Working. Please guide

SKS

Hi SKS,

Can you clarify if you are setting up an exchange account or just an IMAP connection?

Regardless, once you have your app open, select sync options and chose the duration you wish to sync your emails. This is truly up to you. I leave it as 2 weeks since i usually have internet access and would prefer a light running data file.

Let me know if this works. If not, select your settings, go to the mailbox you setup and then under data usage you can set the duration for the data to be synched.

Hope this helps.
