Hi Sir,

Yes, it's about the ear speaker volume and I did set it to the max but still hardly hear the voices from the other side during conversation.

There are different volumes levels for different activities like for example Ringtones and Notifications, Music and Alarms.

You may have the volume turned up via the side buttons but this will not increase the Ringtone volume, To check go to Settings - Sound - Volumes and you will have three choices, Make sure the Ringtone level is turned up fully

So you mean that the ear speaker volume is low?

Is it set to max volume? You can adjust the ear speaker volume by pressing the volume key during a call.

In that case I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/
