Screen problem

In the upper part of the screen, (in normal case it's the status bar but this problem appears even when i'm playing games) there is a line which rolls and reagates slower then the other parts of the screen. As far as i can think back like 2 weeks ago when the 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update become avaible everything was quite fine. Is it a software or a hardware problem? Because the thing is that this difference of the scrolling time between this line and the other part of the screen is pretty awkward even when i'm watching videos. I have bought my cell phone a month ago. Thank you previously for your attention!

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

But won't I lose my warranty by modifying the software?

Reinstalling the phone software via our Update Service program won't affect your warranty. This is one of our official update tools.

I also have the same problem. It's fruitless to reinstall the software...

yes , i reinstalled it and it's the same . i hope we'll get a hotfix soon..
