Thanks for your help but I want to know if there is another solution for that . I read that I could unlock it by using the IMEI in a special program . P.S.. Before requiring the pin I had installed MacAfee antivirus on my mobile. My phone connects to internet automatically by my sim card as usual and when I open it a lot of massages are notified but I can't see it or use the mobile without unlocking the pin

If you made a pin for security which means at startup it asks for a Pin so you can use your phone as normal then that's a security pin and the only way to fix this is to run a repair using either PCC or SUS found here http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/ However if your phone is locked to a network and you have inserted a different networks sim car then that is a sim unlock pin which your provider will provide normally at a price,

Question 1 - No there is not, Things like password readers etc can only read passwords for installed programs the same programs will also be able to read serial numbers as sometimes you may install a program for example M/S Office but loose the serial key/sticker

Question 2 - PCC is short for PC Compannion and SEUS or SUS is short for Sony (Ericsson) Update Service

PCC is found here http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

SUS is found here http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

I think that there is no solution for that problem except a new software for the phone . So what do I should prefer PC or US in your point of view ? And something else . Is the software for the phone that I should make differs from the real one ( the software which installed by the company itself ) I mean in strength or weakness

I prefer SUS as for the firmware it's exactly the same as you have now - Your phones customization number is scanned so the right firmware for your operator (Should it be needed) and country matches.
